Who am I?

I'm consciousness.

Anne is the name of the body that I, consciousness, am shining through :-)

Anne lives in Denmark.

Anne is finishing her Master's Degree in Psychology in June this year.

Anne is specializing in Metacognitive Therapy through an internship, a job as a therapist and her thesis.

Anne have become more and more spiritual throughout the past 2.5 years.

Anne wish to combine Metacognitive Therapy and spirituality.

In other words, combining science and spirituality.

Anne wish to become a Certified, Authorized Metacognitive Therapist and a spiritual teacher.

Thereby, tutoring in Metacognitive Therapy and spirituality or a combination – whichever suit the individual.

This blog is purely for me.

To extend the growing consciousness of being consciousness.

To extend Anne's knowledge on Metacognitive Therapy and spirituality and the combination of the two.

If consciousness shining in other bodies grows in consciousness from it – it would be a wonderful bonus :-)
