Spirituality

I define spirituality as being conscious of being the one consciousness.

The one consciousness is the only thing that is and is what everthing comes out of.

The one might be called God, light, stillness, love, spirit, soul, joy, peace, life, universal intelligence – it's simply concepts for the one.

The spiritual journey is becoming conscious of being the one consciousness.

Awakening and realizing this could take 1 moment or 1 million life times.

Listening to lots of near death experiences have led me to believe that the whole thing is one before, during and after life on earth. 

Life on earth is earth school where the one reincarnates in trillions of forms.

I am consciousness (formless) experiencing itself through the body and mind (forms) for a short moment – likewise consciousness shines through individual rain drops, grains of sand, flowers and animals etc.

And there is only one I.

In truth there only is the one, light, stillness, love and every form is an illusion.

Only the formless, infinite one is.

The purpose in earth school is to become spiritually conscious and letting the one consciousness and shine through one's individual body and mind.

This will let the one, light, stillness, love shine everywhere on Mother earth.

The one simply is, non-resistant and non-judgmentally.

The spiritual journey is realizing one is not the illusory, ever-judgmental ego-voice in the mind – simply observe the ego and it will dissolve.
